Online business, solved like an equation.

I'm Youness ES-SEBIY, an engineer from Morocco. I built an online education company from a laptop, with no office, no investors and no debt. The Business Equation is the model I used to do it: seven variables, in order, filtered by integrity.

The model

Revenue is a product, not a sum.

Every profitable business on earth, from a bakery in Casablanca to a software company in San Francisco, runs on the same five activities. Most founders fail because they treat them as a list. They are a multiplication.

A single zero anywhere makes the whole result zero. A brilliant course nobody can find earns exactly nothing. Version one of a business is a row of honest 6s, built left to right.

01

Multiplication, not addition

Sums forgive. Products do not. The founder who fails was rarely lazy: they were polishing a 9 while a 0 sat two variables away. Find the lowest number first.

02

Order is law

Value, then a home for it, then attention, then the sale, then delivery. Content for a product that does not exist is the third floor of a house with no ground floor.

03

Integrity under every term

The customer ends up better off. The exchange is honest, with no interest-bearing debt in the model. The business only wins when the customer wins. Everything else is a transfer, not a trade.

The story

From the third admission list to four countries.

In 2017 I was admitted to Morocco's preparatory classes, the CPGE, from the third and final list. The last door, opened last. I got crushed in the first year, built a method in the second, climbed the rankings, and graduated from EHTP, one of the country's top engineering schools.

Then I did something that made no sense to anyone around me. While still finishing my degree, I started recording courses for the exact exams I had just survived. I knew precisely where students got stuck, because every one of those walls still had my fingerprints on it.

That project became YOUNESS SCHOOL: a fully online education company that has coached more than 2,000 students directly, reached tens of thousands more with free content, and serves students in Morocco, France, Tunisia and Mauritania. No office. No investors. No inherited money. A laptop, a skill, and a group of people whose problem I understood better than anyone else.

What I build

Three things, one standard.

Each one started as a problem I had lived, solved for one person, then for thousands. The equation is the same every time.

YOUNESS SCHOOL

An online education company for students in preparatory classes for engineering and business schools. Recorded courses, live sessions, coaching, a community. Thousands of students across four countries, run by a small core team and expert teachers.

The Business Equation

Everything I learned building the first two, compressed into one model with seven variables. A book, three playbooks and eight mind maps, for professionals who have a real skill and no product yet.

Inside the pack
The pack

The Business Equation.

The seven variables of a profitable online business, and how to solve them one at a time. Written by someone who ran the equation for real, not a theory collected from other books.

  • 01

    The book

Eleven chapters, one per variable, each ending with a three-step Do This Now box. Readable in two evenings. Built to be used, not read.

  • 02

    Three playbooks

The Paid Ads Playbook (the math that decides everything, your first campaign, creatives, reading results). The Diagnosis Selling Playbook (question bank, selling in chat, objection bank, follow-up). The AI Leverage Playbook (the minimum stack, your knowledge base, the five workflows that pay).

  • 03

    Eight mind maps

The whole system on single sheets: the master map plus one map per variable. Photograph them. They are the book in one glance.

The standard

A business is worth building only if it passes three questions.

This rule comes from my faith, and I have never once regretted it commercially. You do not need to share the faith to share the standard.

1

Does the customer end up genuinely better off?

In a way they themselves would confirm. Not the sales page's version of better off. Theirs.

2

Is everything about the exchange honest?

The promise, the price, the product. No hidden traps, no fake scarcity, no interest-bearing debt engineered into the model.

3

Would it still make sense if it only won when the customer won?

If any answer is no, the model is broken at the root, and no amount of marketing skill should be spent saving it.

Circle your lowest number. Then fix that one.

Score yourself from 0 to 9 on each of the five variables. Be brutal. Most people find a zero or two, and that is the point: the circle, not your favorite variable, decides what you work on this month. The pack walks you through each one in order.

Book, three playbooks, eight mind maps. Instant access. No income promised, and none implied: results depend on your market, your skills and your work.
